Job Description:
We currently have an excellent opportunity in Bangalore office for a patent analyst / senior patent analyst. The patent analyst will assist clients in proceedings before the Indian Patent Office and provide scientific depth and technical analysis in patent drafting and prosecution.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Prosecute Patent Applications, including Drawings.
- Identify and Review Prior Art.
- Draft Office Action Responses.
Job Requirements: MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS) with 2-5 years of experience as patent consultant.
