Neeraj Gupta is the Director & CEO at FormulateIP. Applying his business and technical background, Neeraj assists clients in protecting and expanding their domestic and international knowledge-based businesses using IP protection, licensing and strategic planning. Neeraj has played key role in developing and implementing intellectual property, business strategies and initiatives for many product and service based organizations. Neeraj has provided IP Portfolio Management Consulting to leading companies in different sectors in India and Abroad. Neeraj holds Bachelors of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Metallurgical and Material Sciences and Masters of Science Degree from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden in Scientific Computing and Mathematics. Neeraj is visiting faculty and mentor at various Management and Intellectual Property institutes including Institute of Intellectual Property Studies (IIPS), Global Institute of Intellectual Property (GIIP), ALMT Learning (IPRIM), and Karnataka State Open University, Mysore.
V. Anantha Subramanian, CTO
Anantha is Chief Technology Officer at FormulateIP. He has more than 14 years of experience of patent drafting, patent abstracting and prior art search. Anantha has worked as Radiation Physicist and Radiation Safety Engineer at Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Government of India for 14 years. He holds Bachelors degree in Physics, Electronics and Spectroscopy and Masters Degree in Electronics and Spectroscopy. Anantha is primarily responsible for overall delivery of IP related projects at FormulateIP. Anantha is visiting faculty at various Intellectual Property institutes including ALMT Learning (IPRIM), and Karnataka State Open University, Mysore.
Donald Boys, Head-Patent Consulting
Donald R. Boys is the Head-Patent Consulting Group at FormulateIP. Donald Boys is also the CEO of Central Coast Patent Agency, Inc. and President of Intellectual Property Architects, International. Mr. Boys came to IP Law from a long career in technology, which includes robotics and automation development at General Motors Corporation, and semiconductor equipment design and development at Varian Associates and Genus Incorporated. His work at GM, Varian and Genus was involved with development of equipment to move parts for processing automatically into and out of high vacuum environment, and deposition apparatus for coating parts in high vacuum for decorative purposes, for IC connectivity and for memory films. Mr. Boys is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in Mechanical Engineering, sat for and passed the US Federal Patent Bar in 1991, and has pursued a productive career in IP Law for eighteen years.
